• Parent Forums - The parents will get together to discuss an area of interest or concern to the group.  Oftentimes, these forums will invite an guest speaker who is an expert in the areas of child development, mental health, parenting techniques, etc.

• Family day out - A group activity designed for parents and children to spend time together. Outings have included a visit to Chuck E. Cheese and the ESPN Sports Zone.

• Retreats - Once a year, the Collaborative sponsors a parent retreat.  This is a time of respite and relationship building with the other parents as well as an opportunity to learn additional skills to cope with the challenges of parenting.
