Community Outreach
Our outreach efforts aim to expand resources for children and families as well as to educate the community on preventing child abuse and neglect.
The Collaborative attends various venues and events around the community including:
Health/Resource/Information Fairs
Civic Association Meetings
School PTA Functions
Community-based Open Houses
Other Forums
We also host Community Networking Meetings for social service providers, community-based organizations, government agencies and other stakeholders to: (1) gather and share resources; (2) find out about various trainings/workshops relevant to their work; and (3)cultivate relationships with potential partners.
